The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Vernon Tyson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Bill and I were so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was a wonderful dad, uncle, grandpa , relative , great friend to so many people. I was a close friend of your moms so I was privileged to hear all the stories about Vernon and all the many favors he would do for people. We attended several social events together and the two have them would have us in stitches. I know tthat they are together once again and are still making people laugh. I loved your mom and dad and miss them very much. And I know how much she and your dad loved their family. All my love and sympathy to your families. Chris and Bill Claffey
