Thomas H. Wooldridge, 64, of Glastonbury, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 26,2013 with his loving family by his side. Thomas is survived by his devout wife of 41 years, Rita McGuinness Wooldridge, and his children Jessica M. Wooldridge and her life-partner Dennis R. Torres of Lordship-Stratford; Melissa Wooldridge Breton, her husband John O. Breton, Jr., and their two sons, Mason Ryan Thomas Breton and Porter Jean Luc Breton of South Glastonbury; and Heather R.C.Wooldridge and her life-partner Bruce B. Ickes of Baltimore, Maryland. Thomas is also survived by his only sister, Janice Wooldridge Marsh, and her family of Farmington. Thomas was born on April 8, 1949, son of the late Homer F. and Ramona Warren Wooldridge. He was raised in West Hartford, then made Glastonbury his permanent residence. Thomas was a successful Public Insurance Adjuster. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing on his boat, The Wild Goose. Friends and relatives may pay their respects to the Wooldridge family on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 4-8pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Naubuc Ave., Glastonbury. A Memorial Mass will be held for Thomas on Wednesday, May 29 at 10am at St. Paul’s Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury (all attendees are asked to gather directly at the church).
