Marjorie Joan Boyle, 80, of Merritt Island, FL wife of the late George Edward Boyle, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2013. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado on August 27, 1932, daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Baldwin) Nutz. She worked for many years for The Boeing Company. Marjorie is survived by her family; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Benny Gegen of Wichita, KS; twelve nieces and nephews and their extended families; five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren; four step-sons, Kevin and his wife Sue, Barry and his partner Leigh, and Terrence, all of Connecticut, along with Brian and his partner Luis, of Brooklyn, NY,; a sister-in-law Frances Griffin and her husband Jack, of West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Marjorie’s life will be held at 10am on Saturday May 11, 2013 in St. Paul Church 2577 Main St. Glastonbury Ct. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass in St. Augustine Cemetery, Hopewell Road, South Glastonbury. The family requests in lieu of flowers, that memorial donations are made to the Maryknoll Missions, PO Box 30, Maryknoll, N.Y.10545 or the American Diabetes Association 306 Industrial Park Road, Suite 105, Middletown, CT 06457. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Naubuc Avenue, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
