Irene (Billado) Brown, 92, of Wethersfield, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 26, 2013 with her daughter by her side. Irene was born August 22, 1920 in Johnson, Vermont, the daughter of the late Mylo R. and Myrtle (Swinyer) Billado. She was a devoted mother of 3, grandmother, and great grandmother. Irene leaves her loving family; a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Edward and Elaine Brown, of Springfield; her daughter Debra (Frazier) Duarte of Wethersfield; seven adored grandchildren Ruth Brown, Aaron Brown and his wife Adrienne, Stacey (Frazier) Savastano and her husband Jason, Jeffrey and Brian Frazier; also four cherished great grandchildren Jade and Jacob Frazier and Arianna and Ian Savastano; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Irene was predeceased by a daughter Myrtle Brown. Friends and relatives may pay their respects Sunday, June 30, 2013 from 4-6 pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, July 1, 2013 at 11 am in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield.
