Gertrude Mann Cusack, 85, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late William W. Cusack, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Hartford Hospital. She was born October 21, 1926 in Whately, MA, daughter of the late William Mann and Antoinette Wilga Kocienda. She grew up in Fairfield, graduating from Fairfield High School. Gertrude and William resided in Wethersfield since the late 1960’s; she was a member of the Church of the Incarnation, and the Wethersfield Country Club. Gertrude will be remembered by her four nephews, Atty Jonathan “Jake” Kocienda and his wife Tammy, of West Hartford, Dr. Thomas Kocienda and his wife Dana, of Southbury, Mark Mann and John Mann both of Florida; a niece Kelly; five grand nephews, Cole Kocienda of West Hartford, Tyler, Nicholas, Zachary, and Lucas Kocienda all of Southbury. Friends and relatives may pay their respects Saturday June 2nd from 9:15-10:15am, Farley & Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield. Interment will follow in Village Cemetery (Hart Section), Marsh St., Old Wethersfield.
