Frank W.  Felletter
Frank W. Felletter, 78, of South Windsor, passed away Thursday April 28, 2016 in Vernon Manor. He was born in Boston, MA on May 24, 1937, son of the late Walter P. and Mary Katherine (Flaherty) Felletter. After serving in the US Army, Frank was a graduate of the University of Hartford in 1970 and went on to obtain his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was a past member of numerous Square and Round Dance Clubs and served in both the Manchester Volunteer Fire Department and the Manchester Eighth Utilities District Fire Department. Frank was also a member of the Abe E. Miller American Legion Post 133 of South Windsor. Prior to his retirement, he was a Construction Manager for Central Connecticut State University. Frank leaves Shirley Barton, his loving companion of 36 years, a son Christopher W. Felletter, his wife Sheila and their children Jason and Jamie Lynn of Chicopee, his two daughters, Robin A. Merrill and her husband John of Billerica, MA and Wendy Felletter and her wife Susan Wells, of Hamden. He also leaves his brother Vincent J. Felletter and his wife Judy of Fl, his two sisters, Patricia Drew of FL amd Mary Ann Lapointe of Weston and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 11:00 am to 1:00pm on Friday May 6, 2016 at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield. A Memorial Service celebrating Frank’s life will be held at 1:00 in the funeral home. Burial will be private. To extend online condolences, please visit Farleysullivan.com.
