Ellen (Ferry) Dondero, 92, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2014 at Middlesex Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, David Dondero. She leaves her sisters Vivian Arrigoni, Joy Labella, both of Portland, Annie Torrence of Glastonbury, Beatrice Burnham of Clinton, June Fuller of West Hartford, Jeanette Krohn and Isabelle Meyer of Florida , a brother Henry Ferry of Rocky Hill and a sister in law, Pam Ferry of Glastonbury. Ellen was predeceased by her sisters, Janice Ferry, Amy Ferry, Lillian Shaw, Grace Ferry, Edith Ferry and her brothers Harry W. Ferry and Pelton Ferry. Burial will be held in the spring at the convenience of the family. The Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Naubuc Ave. Glastonbury has care of the arrangements.
