Diane Madeline (Bini) Mann, 70, loving wife of 42 years of James M. Mann of Glastonbury, died Wednesday November 7, 2012 in Hartford Hospital. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Joseph and Angeline (Caginello) Bini and lived in the area most of her life. Diane was a graduate of Bulkeley High School, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Hartford. She was a communicant and Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist in St. Augustine Church, South Glastonbury. Besides her husband, Diane is survived by her sister Barbara (Bini) Modugno and her husband Nicola of South Windsor, two nieces, Maria Zacchia and her husband Angelo and Jennifer Modugno and a sister –in- law Sheila Mann and her husband Don Minkoff. She is also survived by her aunt Elizabeth (Bini) Lombard of Wethersfield, 4 grandnieces and many cousins and friends. Her ready smile will be missed by all. The funeral will be held Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 10:30am from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home 50 Naubuc Ave, Glastonbury followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Augustine Church 55 Hopewell Rd, South Glastonbury. Burial will be in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd. Bloomfield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9-10:30 am on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Manchester Community College Library, 60 Bidwell St. Manchester Ct 06040 or the Capital Community College Library, 950 Main St, Hartford Ct. 06103.
