Anne (Zabka) Litchfield, 101, died October 2, 2012 after a long illness. She was born in Donora, PA to the late John and Mary Zabka. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Charles Litchfield and her beloved daughter, Phyllis Lewis. Anne is survived by her daughter, Joan Quinn of Dudley, MA and her brother Stephen Zabka and his wife Theresa of Dudley, MA. , five grandsons, Eric Quinn and his wife Tammy of Danielson, Kevin Quinn and his wife Mary Eleanor of Berlin, Matthew and Jennifer Quinn of Pownal, VT, David Lewis and his wife Carrie of Glastonbury and Jonathan Lewis of Phoenix, AZ. She also leaves nine great grandchildren, Thomas and Brian Quinn of Berlin, Riley, Kelsey and Carly Quinn of Danielson, Alexander, Zachary and Ethan Quinn of Pownal, VT and Andrew Lewis of Glastonbury, her son-in-law John P. Lewis, her sisters-in-law, Alma Masley and Marcie Masley and many nieces and nephews. Profound thanks to all of the staff on the Birchwood Neighborhood at McLean Health Care Center for all the care rendered to Anne while she lived there. The funeral will be held at 9:30 am Saturday October 6, 2012 from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St. Wethersfield. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Worcester Rd. Webster, MA. Friends may call at the funeral home from 8:30 to 9:30 am Saturday October 6. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Connecticut Community Care, 43 Enterprise Dr., Bristol, CT 06010 or McLean Health Care Center, Birchwood Neighborhood, 75 Great Pond Rd., Simsbury, CT 06070.
