Obituary for Jozef Chudy

Jozef Chudy
Jozef Chudy, 83, husband of Rose (Rossin) Chudy of Wethersfield, passed away July 6, 2017, peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Poland, son of the late Michel and Agata (Kosiarska) Chudy on April 24, 1934. Prior to his retirement, Jozef was a machinist at Atlantic Aerospace (Textron). He loved gardening, especially his peach trees, fishing, soccer and the Red Sox. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Kat Stevens and her husband Michael of Wethersfield, two beloved grandchildren Matthew and Samantha Zapor, a brother Walter Chudy of Rocky Hill and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call on Sunday July 9, 2017 from 5-8 pm at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd. Wethersfield. The funeral will be at 9:15am from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in SS Cyril & Methodius Church, 63 Popieluszko Ct, Hartford.
