The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael Szewczuk can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We extend to you, Lesia and Anya our heartfelt sympathies and condolences. We are sad that Michael is not here with us anymore. He was a kind, sincere and very gentle man. He served as our choir director for many years at St Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church. He inspired the youth in our church. We thank Michael for his hard work, dedication and love as he directed our church choir. We will miss you. God grant him peace and may he sing with all the angels now in heaven.
