Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Margaret Mahar can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Friends

Maggie was the first student I met when starting my new job at Saint Joseph College.  I was assigned to the faculty secretary's office and Maggie was a student worker in that office.  Although there was nearly a 15-year age difference between us, we became instant friends.  She was the epitome of myself at that age, and throughout the years, she and I remained so.  Our last shared times typified our easy relationship:  dinners at Panara Bread, chatting away and sharing our separate lives, with eachother, which lasted as long as we could before having to say farewell until the next time, knowing we would keep up our regular dialogue through email chats.  I am blessed to have had such a dear and gentle friend.  Maggie, you will be missed.  I love you so.  Denise
