Michael P.  Coyle
Michael P. Coyle, 66, husband of Frances A. Coyle of Newington, passed away Saturday June 6, 2015 in Hartford Hospital. He was born in New London on January 19, 1949, son of the late John J. and Margaret (Call) Coyle. Mike was a Veteran of the US Air Force, having served during the Vietnam War. He achieved his Associates Degree in Business from Manchester Community College. Mike was the former owner of Newington Discount Furniture for over twenty years and was most recently employed by the Travelers Insurance Company. He was a member of the VFW Hannon-Hatch Post 9929, West Hartford, and loved antiques and golfing. Besides his wife, he leaves his three brothers, John Coyle and his wife Barbara of Middletown, Daniel Coyle and Kevin Coyle, both of Glastonbury. Mickey will also be missed by his two dogs, Zachary and Toby.
Friends may call on the family from 6-8 pm Tuesday June 9, 2015 at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home 50 Naubuc Ave. Glastonbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 11:00 am in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St. Glastonbury. All attendees are requested to go directly to church.
