Rose L. Perkins of Wethersfield passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, in St. Francis Hospital. She was born May 3, 1926, daughter of the late H. Eugene and Claire (Blacker) Perkins, and lived in Wethersfield for many years. She leaves her two nephews, Thomas E. Perkins and his wife Nancy of Hebron, Raymond A. Perkins and his wife Marguerite, of Manchester; a niece, Ann Brazier and her husband Thomas of Boston. She was employed by the State of Connecticut for many years and was active in the faith sharing community of The Church of The Incarnation. The funeral will be held at 9:00 am Monday, June 23, 2014 at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Rose’s life at 10:00 in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St. Wethersfield. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Burnside Ave., East Hartford.
