Phyllis H. Rubera of Newington and West Palm Beach Fl passed away on January 7, 2013. She was born January 2, 1929 in New Britain, Ct to the late Joseph and Merlina (Trigilio) Rubera. Phyllis graduated in 1947 from New Britain High School. She was employed by Travelers Insurance Co for twenty years and subsequently retired from Honeywell after completing ten years. Phyllis leaves her very dear sister Lucille and brother-in-law Bill Teeter as well as two nephews, Scott and Shaun Teeter of PA. She is also survived by a longtime dear friend, George V. Sullivan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am, Friday February 1, 2013 at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 183 Church St., Newington, Ct.
