Maureen Nagle, a 57 year resident of Newington, passed away peacefully with her sister and niece, Jeannine, by her bedside. She was born in Hartford, CT on June 6, 1940 to William and Catherine (Carlson) Nagle. Maureen was a proud graduate of Mount Saint Joseph Academy in West Hartford, CT. Her career at The Hartford spanned 42 years. During her retirement, Maureen enjoyed vacationing in Florida and travel to California and the Bahamas. Maureen leaves behind her sister, Joan Salvatore of Wethersfield, CT, her niece, Mary Alison Colli (Paul) of Tierra Verde, FL, her niece, Jeannine Salvatore of Wethersfield, CT, her nephew, Joseph Salvatore Jr. (Sandra) of Newington, CT, her niece, Jennifer Healy (Kevin) of Wethersfield, CT, and her niece Jill Roy (Nathan) of Cromwell, CT. Maureen is also mourned by great nieces and nephews, Kathryn Colli, Ethan Roy, Victoria Salvatore, Austin Roy, Houston Roy, Nicholas Salvatore and a number of cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Margaret Leonard. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday. March 30, 2021 at 10:00AM in St. Mary’s Church of the Annunciation Parish, 626 Willard Ave., Newington, CT.
