Obituary for Maureen Anthony
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maureen Virginia Anthony, the beloved daughter of the late John J, and the late Virginia S Anthony. She passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital on December 27, 2023. She is now reunited with her parents, the loves of her life.
Although communication was difficult for Maureen, she lived the life of an angel here on earth. She was an innocent soul who enjoyed the simple things in life such as music, television and toys.
Maureen is survived by her brothers Robert and his wife Debbie of Newington, Richard and his wife Charlene of Cromwell, her nieces and nephews Lauren, Michael, Arielle and Casey, and her cousin Kathleen Blake of Glastonbury. Maureen was predeceased by her Godparents Philip and Edith Blake.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
