Marianne “Cookie” McSweegan, loving wife to her partner James “Jimy” McSweegan for over 50 years, passed away July 31, 2021 in Saint Francis Hospital. Cookie was a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and went on to teach Special Education to special needs children. She was the mother of Sean Patrick and Matthew James McSweegan, sister to Joe and Pattie and best friend to Jennie Dumont. Cookie was always kind and compassionate and will be sorely missed by everyone she knew.
