Joyce was always such a special person who gave so much to Wethersfield and who loved to smile and laugh. Joyce and I met when I was the Town Manager in Wethersfield and Joyce would be writing articles on our community. Town Managers are always cautious of reporters, but Joyce was always fair, did her homework, and wrote from the heart, as she loved her community so much!
We also became very good friends and would try and have lunch once per month as often as we could with Betty and Jan where we solved all the problems of the world. So enjoyed her friendship.
And boy, did she love her husband, children and grandchildren.....she was so proud of all they accomplished and felt all the love they gave to her.
Now she is in heaven looking down at all of us with her smile!! We will miss you Joyce!! Bonnie

I will always remember Joyce fondly. I often share her wit and wisdom, even after all these years. She will always be a Wethersfield treasure.

Dear Sarah, Jen, Michelle, Michael and the entire Rossignol family,
Your mom/grandmother was a very nice lady and we remember her fondly through the years with the Wethersfield Post and later with Wethersfield Life. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this difficult time and always.
Our Deepest Sympathy,
Rosanna, Danny, Lisa & Daniel D’Aprile
