Condolence From: Dave Cormier
Condolence: Dear Mrs. Clemens, Kathy, Nancy, and Mary, I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of Mr. Clemens as I was growing up from the bets on the Celtics games in winter to the visits at the beach in the summer. One memory is especially vivid. It was when I was still only 5 or 6 and we were all at the beach and I was playing at the edge of the water and was hit by a wave and went under. When I tried to get up I was hit by another and went under again. Next thing I knew I was being pulled up out of the water by Mr. Clemens. He had a reassuring look on his face and made sure I was all right and gave me the confidence to go back in the water. To this very day I still love going to the ocean and especially when the surf is up. My apologies for not being able to attend any of the memorial services. I wish that I could be there.
